Terms of Service

These terms govern use of the Review Wise service. By subscribing to a plan you agree to them.

The service

Review Wise sends review requests to a business’s own past customers by text message and email, on that business’s behalf, and reports the results in a dashboard. The business is the sender of record for every message. Review Wise never posts, writes, buys, or incentivizes reviews.

Plans and billing

Review Wise is a monthly subscription billed per business location at the plan price selected: Starter $99, Growth $179, or Pro $279 per month. New subscriptions include a 7-day free trial; a payment method is required to start the trial, and the first charge is taken at the end of the trial unless the subscription is cancelled before then.

There is no setup fee and no minimum term. You may cancel at any time and service ends at the close of the current billing period. Fees already paid are not refunded for partial periods.

Included messaging is capped at 1,000 messages per business per month; beyond that, additional messages are billed at $0.05 each.

Your contact lists

Businesses using Review Wise agree that all contact information they provide belongs to their own customers who have consented to be contacted, that they will honor all opt-out requests, and that they will not upload purchased, rented, or scraped lists. We may suspend service immediately if we have reason to believe this has been breached.

The business indemnifies Review Wise against any claim, penalty, or carrier action arising from contact information it supplied in breach of this section.

Acceptable use

• Messages are sent only between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM in the customer’s local time.
• Opt-out requests are honored immediately and permanently.
• Review Wise does not filter, suppress, or gate negative reviews, and does not offer payment or incentives in exchange for reviews.
• We may decline or discontinue service to any business whose use would violate carrier rules, the TCPA, or the review policies of Google or any other platform.

Availability and liability

The service depends on third-party carriers and platforms, and delivery of any individual message is not guaranteed. Review Wise is not responsible for the volume, content, or rating of reviews a business receives. To the fullest extent permitted by law, total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid in the three months preceding the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be sent to the email address on the account at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
